At Salon Maesgwyn we ask all our clients to complete a medical assesment form based on your current state of health and any other health conitions that may be affected by receiving massage therapy.

We advise anyone with a medical condition to fill in this form and consult his/her doctor before receiving treatment. Once we receive the form we will be more than happy to carry out any treatments you are interested in.
